Shipping & Returns Policy

With the situation that we find ourselves in with the global pandemic response, all shipping for the forseeable future MUST be contactless. What does that mean for you and receiving your order?

It's simple really. We have moved to sending your order out with a courier service. All parcels will be sent via courier within New Zealand and you will receive automatic updates on the status of your order, so please ensure that your email address is correct and check your spam folders for communications.

International shipping costs have dramatically increased unfortunately. Current estimates for shipping are for NON-TRACKED services only. We do recommend that you contact us directly if you require a tracked or courier service and we can provide you with price estimates.

Return shipping is your responsibility and we do recommend using a tracked service. If your return is confirmed as a faulty product we will reimburse you for all your shipping costs.

Returns

We understand that it may be necessary to return an item to us. Please contact us within 10 working days of receipt of your order providing the reason for returning the item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Damaged, soiled, or altered items will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. We do not provide a change of mind return for items that have been personalised in any way.

All taxes, duties and customs charges incurred on deliveries outside New Zealand will be your responsibility.

Gift cards are exempt from being returned.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for another size or style please contact us within 10 working days on hello@soniatherese.com with the size or style you require. We offer one free resize for rings because we understand that sometimes it is hard to get the exact size without first trying on your ring.

We do not offer exchanges for items that have been specifically personalised.

All items must be returned in original condition with all packaging intact, be unworn, unused, and unaltered. Damaged, soiled, or altered items will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

All exchanges are based on stock availability, and any difference in price will be payable (or refundable) before the item is dispatched.

If you have received an item as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return or an exchange can be made. We do not refund gift purchases and proof of purchase will be required.
